  Petplan have failed to pay me for legitimate claims for the past two years, as they apparently keep loosing the forms. They confirmed the receipt of them but don't know what happened after that, sorry. I am owed thousands of dollars and have made numerous inquires. So they just cancelled my policies. Everything was ok with them till they realised my dog would need ongoing treatment for her condition. I don't know what the other companies are like, but it would be faster to flush your money down the toilet, than giving it to these crooks. Would love to give them -5 points if that was allowed. Now I will have to drag their pet hating, cheating arses to court
